By Adamu Muhammad

A Kano High Court has dismissed a suit filed by Hon. Aliyu Ibrahim Haidar seeking to stop security agencies from arresting him.

‎The court, presided over by Justice Ibrahim Musa Karaye, sat at High Court 9.

‎Hon. Haidar asked the court to stop the Nigeria Police Force, the Department of State Services DSS, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC, the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti Corruption Commission, Magistrate Court 8, and other security agencies from arresting him.

‎He is being accused of selling fake vehicles, houses, and empty plots of land to one Alhaji Sani Abdullahi.

‎In his ruling, Justice Ibrahim Musa Karaye said Hon. Haidar did not give the court enough reasons to stop law enforcement agencies from arresting, investigating, or charging him.

‎The judge then dismissed the suit.
