The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency NDLEA has warned applicants seeking recruitment into various security agencies not to pay any money for their mandatory Drug Integrity Test.
The warning applies to candidates of the Nigerian Correctional Service, Nigeria Immigration Service, Federal Fire Service, and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
The agency explained that the Ministry of Interior has already made a bulk payment to cover the exercise for all candidates. Therefore, applicants do not need to pay a dime.
NDLEA specifically warned candidates against making payments to NDLEA officials, testing centres, or any other channel.
To complete the process, the agency directed applicants to access the NDLEA Drug Integrity Test portal through designated links on their respective institutional portals. This will allow them to finish their registration and other necessary documentation ahead of the screening.
